Biography

I obtained my PhD at Erasmus Medical Center and University with distinction, focusing on expanded access, compassionate use, and real-world data within non-trial access to unregistered medicine. I began my career at myTomorrows, a company specializing in expanded access services, where I served as a Director of Real-World Data, designing and implementing data collection within expanded access programs for biotech and pharma. Simultaneously, I started a part-time PhD in 2019. In 2022, I joined NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s Compassionate Use and Preapproval Access (CUPA) working group as a Visiting Scholar. I continue to provide consulting on research (expanded access / real-world data) related topics. You can find a copy of my thesis here.

Currently, I work as Consultant at Bain & Company.
